1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Khi bạn chọn "Tiếp tục với Google", Google chia sẻ với chúng tôi các thông tin cơ bản của tài khoản Google (phạm vi openid, email, profile):

• Họ tên hiển thị.
• Địa chỉ email.
• Ảnh đại diện (nếu có).

Chúng tôi không yêu cầu và không truy cập Gmail, Google Drive, Danh bạ, Lịch hay bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác. Chúng tôi không xem mật khẩu Google của bạn.

Trong quá trình sử dụng, chúng tôi lưu thêm:

• Hồ sơ: tên, email, ảnh đại diện, nhóm/đội, ngôn ngữ và, nếu bạn nhập, số điện thoại.
• Hoạt động học tập: tiến độ bài học, kết quả và câu trả lời bài kiểm tra, điểm thưởng, chuỗi ngày học, bài đã lưu, điểm danh và nhiệm vụ hằng ngày, thứ hạng bảng xếp hạng.
• Thông báo: nếu bạn cho phép, thông tin đăng ký thông báo đẩy của trình duyệt (địa chỉ endpoint và khóa) và giờ nhắc học bạn chọn.
• Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: cookie phiên đăng nhập, bộ nhớ cục bộ của trình duyệt và bộ nhớ đệm của ứng dụng web (PWA), nhật ký máy chủ cơ bản (địa chỉ IP, thời gian, trang được yêu cầu) phục vụ bảo mật và vận hành.

2. Chúng tôi dùng thông tin để làm gì

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn và không dùng nó cho quảng cáo.

• Tạo và duy trì tài khoản, xác thực bạn khi đăng nhập.
• Cung cấp bài học, ghi nhận tiến độ, tính điểm và hiển thị bảng xếp hạng.
• Gửi nhắc học và thông báo bạn đã bật.
• Bảo vệ dịch vụ khỏi gian lận và lạm dụng, khắc phục lỗi, cải thiện trải nghiệm.
• Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý khi có yêu cầu hợp lệ.

3. Chia sẻ thông tin

Trong ứng dụng, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, điểm và thứ hạng của bạn có thể được các học viên khác trong cùng tổ chức hoặc nhóm nhìn thấy ở bảng xếp hạng. Email và số điện thoại của bạn không hiển thị cho học viên khác.

Chúng tôi chia sẻ dữ liệu với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ xử lý thay chúng tôi và chỉ trong phạm vi cần thiết để vận hành ứng dụng:

• Google (đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google).
• Supabase (xác thực, cơ sở dữ liệu và lưu trữ tệp).
• Google Cloud (lưu trữ và chạy ứng dụng web).
• Dịch vụ thông báo đẩy của trình duyệt bạn dùng, khi bạn bật thông báo.

Chúng tôi cũng có thể tiết lộ thông tin khi pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc để bảo vệ quyền và an toàn của người dùng và của chúng tôi.

Việc sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google APIs của The Present Lab tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng hạn chế (Limited Use). Chúng tôi chỉ dùng dữ liệu tài khoản Google để đăng nhập và tạo hồ sơ của bạn.

4. Thời gian lưu trữ

Chúng tôi giữ thông tin trong thời gian tài khoản của bạn còn hoạt động và trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ. Khi bạn yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn, trừ phần pháp luật yêu cầu phải giữ lại.

5. Quyền của bạn

Để thực hiện các quyền này, hãy liên hệ chúng tôi theo địa chỉ ở mục 9.

• Truy cập và nhận bản sao thông tin chúng tôi lưu về bạn.
• Sửa thông tin sai (bạn có thể sửa tên và số điện thoại ở trang Cá nhân).
• Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan.
• Tắt thông báo đẩy bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt trình duyệt hoặc ở trang Cá nhân.
• Thu hồi quyền truy cập của ứng dụng tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Cookie và lưu trữ cục bộ

Chúng tôi dùng cookie cần thiết để giữ phiên đăng nhập và bộ nhớ cục bộ để ghi nhớ tùy chọn (ví dụ đã đóng hộp thoại nhiệm vụ hôm nay). Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay theo dõi xuyên trang.

7. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được truyền qua HTTPS và lưu tại hạ tầng của các nhà cung cấp nêu trên, với kiểm soát truy cập theo từng người dùng. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu phát hiện sự cố ảnh hưởng đến dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo theo quy định.

8. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin của trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi.

9. Thay đổi chính sách và liên hệ

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và, nếu thay đổi quan trọng, thông báo trong ứng dụng.

1. Information we collect

When you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares basic Google Account information with us (scopes: openid, email, profile):

• Your display name.
• Your email address.
• Your profile picture, if you have one.

We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data, and we never see your Google password.

While you use the app we also store:

• Profile: name, email, avatar, team, language and, if you enter it, a phone number.
• Learning activity: lesson progress, quiz results and answers, points, streaks, saved lessons, daily check-ins and missions, and leaderboard rank.
• Notifications: if you allow them, your browser's web-push subscription (endpoint and keys) and the reminder time you choose.
• Technical data: the sign-in session cookie, browser local storage and the web app (PWA) cache, and basic server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operations.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
• To deliver lessons, record progress, award points and show leaderboards.
• To send the reminders and notifications you have turned on.
• To protect the service against fraud and abuse, fix problems and improve the experience.
• To comply with legal obligations when properly requested.

3. Sharing

Inside the app, your display name, avatar, points and rank may be visible to other learners in your organization or team on the leaderboard. Your email and phone number are not shown to other learners.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the app:

• Google (sign-in with a Google Account).
• Supabase (authentication, database and file storage).
• Google Cloud (hosting and running the web app).
• The push-notification service of your browser, if you turn notifications on.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of us.

The Present Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Account data only to sign you in and create your profile.

4. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. When you ask us to delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep.

5. Your rights

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in section 9.

• Access and receive a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information (you can edit your name and phone number on the Profile page).
• Delete your account and related data.
• Turn off push notifications at any time in your browser settings or on the Profile page.
• Revoke the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and local storage to remember choices (for example, that you dismissed today's missions dialog). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with the providers above, with per-user access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data we will notify you as required.

8. Children

The service is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Changes and contact

When this policy changes we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
